Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Cancel at no charge if no service centre has been assigned.
  • Cancellation with Technician Assigned:
    • Before 24 hours of scheduled service: 20% of the total service fee.
    • Within 24 hours of scheduled service: 50% of the total service fee.
    • After technician arrival or during service: No refund.
  • No-Show or Late Cancellation: If the customer fails to be present at the scheduled time and location without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Refunds will not be provided due to a change of mind or circumstances on the part of the customer.

    • Cancellations made as per the above policy.
    • Service issues attributable to the company (e.g., technician no-show, vehicle breakdown).
    • Incorrect service charges or billing errors.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Charges:
    • Service fees.
    • Membership or subscription fees.
    • Late return charges.
    • Fuel charges (unless specified)
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • No-Show: If the customer fails to be present at the scheduled time and location without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
  • Documentation Issues: If the customer fails to provide necessary documents (e.g., valid ID, vehicle registration) upon request, the service may be denied without refund.
  1. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • Contact Method: Email your request to [email protected] or use the in-app support feature.
  • Required Information:
    • Booking reference number.
    • Name and contact details.
    • Reason for cancellation or refund request.
  • Processing Time: Requests will be acknowledged within 2 business days.
  1. Amendments to the Policy

The company reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app and website, with the effective date clearly stated.
