Terms and Conditions for Vehicle Service Centres of GoBlueWay:

1. There are 3 types of services provided by GoBlueWay to the customers like Custom services,
Predefined services and RSA (Road Side Assistance)
2. The Service centre needs to mention the pricing of different types of predefined services
provided by them in the onboarding form while applying to be Service partner of the Vehicle
Service app – GoBlueWay to be reflected in the front end of the app
3. The Service centre needs to accept the custom service request posted by vehicle owners in
the app within 1 hour and should reach the customer place immediately for pick up and
service the vehicle for doing custom service. Whoever accepts the service request
immediately from customers will be assigned the service work
4. The Service centre needs to provide free pick up for service and drop the vehicle in customer
place after the service is done upon approval of the timeline and cost required to service the
vehicle before starting the work
5. The Service centre should not get the payment directly from customers. GoBlueWay will get
the payment from the customers directly and will retain its commission and transfer the
balance amount to the service centre automatically
6. GoBlueWay charges 10% of the service cost and retains 5% as its commission and remaining
5% would be given as discount credits for the customers. Customers can redeem the credits
after accumulating minimum 500 credit points
7. Service centres accepting request for RSA need to reach customer place within 30 minutes
based upon the location of the damage of the vehicle

Details to be provided by Vehicle Service Partner while onboarding:


1. The Service Centre needs to click “Accept” button after agreeing the terms and conditions
mentioned above
2. After the service centre accepts the terms, an OTP will be generated to the service centre and
once they share the OTP to Relationship manager of Blue Code, their request to be
onboarded will be approved by the Blue Code team
3. Service Centres need to provide:

• Name of Garage
• Contact person name
• WhatsApp number
• Email id
• Bank account details
• Address
• Location
• GST (optional)
• Pricing of list of predened services for bike and car services
