GoBlueWay application is an online platform that offers convenience to bike and car owners for streamlining their vehicle services activities by staying at home during service and feeling the luxury of free pick up and drop at a nominal cost.
GoBlueWay enables services of your vehicles at an affordable cost and awards discounts for loyal customers who repeat their vehicles’ services through the GoBlueWay app regularly. Without much efforts your vehicles will be serviced while you take rest or get occupied in other important tasks.
By downloading the GoBlueWay app from App Store for the first time, GoBlueWay offers 50 discount credits that can be redeemed for discounts in future services. For each service, 5% of the service cost will be provided as discount credits for the customers for redeeming discount in future.
The main USP of GoBlueWay is that we focus mainly on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India and abroad. We wish to make it convenient for the customers in ordering services for their vehicles simply by using their smart phones through a dedicated mobile app.
1. Custom service: Customers enter their issue in their vehicle in the app and one of our registered garage partners will apply to service the vehicles of customers and will pick up the vehicle free of cost and intimates the quote to customers. Upon approval of the quote by customers the vehicles will be serviced and will be dropped at customer place after service.
2. Predefined service: The Garage partners will mention their cost for certain Predefined services in Cars and bikes and customers can choose any of those Predefined services and the garage partners will visit the customer place to take the vehicle and service the vehicles and will drop after service
3. RSA (Road Side Assistance): If the vehicles get damaged on road side while travel, the customers can apply for RSA through the app and mechanic will reach the place of damage within 30 minutes of request made by the customers to take for service.
Yes GoBlueWay app offers free pick up and drop of the vehicles after servicing them. All process will be automated with minimal manual errors.
GoBlueWay app accepts payments through UPI, Credit / Debit card or net banking. We don’t accept cash payments
At each service, 5% of the service cost will be credited into customer’s account as discount credits. Customers need to do 8 services in 2 years through the app and can redeem maximum 100 points out of the 400 points in their 9th service. Customers who have done minimum 20 services will be awarded a silver coin by recognising their loyalty.
GoBlueWay does not get upfront payment from the customers.The garage person will pick up the vehicle and inspects before quoting the customer and only after approval of the quote by the customer, the garage starts work. After dropping the vehicle in customer place post service, customers can make payment through the payment option in GoBlueWay app through their convenient method.
GST is exclusive of the service cost mentioned by the garage.
